NOTD: Ulta Material Girl.

So today I have on Ulta Material Girl, a really pretty purple/pink with holographic glitter in it. It is so sparkly and glittery in the sunlight, such a gorgeous color. :)

So that's the look for tonight, hope you like it! :) Thanks for stopping by!

Mini Haul From Ulta+OPI Ali's Big Break.

So I totally forgot to post this a while ago, I was supposed to do it last week, but forgot lol. These are just a few clearance polishes I picked up at Ulta, OPI Ali's Big Break, OPI Take The Stage, and China Glaze Aqua Baby. I thought the first two were perfect for the holidays, and it makes sense since these were part of OPI's Burlesque Holiday Collection last year. And Aqua Baby is just a really gorgeous blue...don't let the name fool you, this has no hint of aqua or a similar color, it's just a true blue.

So I wore Ali's Big Break last weekend, and it's a red color with pink undertones, and gold shimmer. Really, really pretty. I absolutely love reds, and have a hard time passing up any. :)

So that's it for now, hopefully this weekend I can post another tutorial. :) Thanks for stopping by!

Hey Everyone! So here's another Halloween tutorial. I wanted to get away from the orange for now, so this is a blood-inspired design. :) Hope you like it! Here is the link for the tutorial: DRIPPING BLOOD HALLOWEEN NAIL TUTORIAL

So the materials I used:
Ulta Concrete Evidence
Orly Naughty
Ulta Devious
Small brush
Toothpick
Clear Top Coat (for rhinestones)
Seche Vite Top Coat (over whole nail)
Purple Rhinestones

I want to do at least one or two more Halloween designs, so hopefully I'll get that done soon! Thanks for stopping by! :)

Just a quick post tonight. I added some stamping to my nails that I polished with Orly Nite Owl yesterday. I think the overall look of it is pretty nice. :)

Recent Haul...and Time For A NO-BUY Haha

Hey Everyone! So I made a couple of trips to a couple of Ulta stores...and ended up buying a lot more polish than I had planned. :\ I did really well though as far as getting good deals and hitting up the sales(buy 2 get 1 free, 2-for-1, clearance), and using coupons and rewards, so that made me feel a little better about my purchases. :) So here is the first group I bought:
These three are Zoya Jem, Neeka and Jana, all from the Smoke & Mirrors Collection. I now have 7 out of 12 from that collection, and I think it will stay that way:
These three were random from various collections, left to right: Zoya Ali from the La-Di-Da collection, Zoya Marley from the Intimate collection, and Zoya Shay from the Touch collection:
Then I just had to take advantage of the 2-for-1 deal with Ulta nail polish, so I picked up Ulta Concrete Evidence and Army of 1:

So that was my first little haul...Then while visiting my grandparents I took a trip to the local Ulta there, and had an amazing time shopping there! It's funny how each Ulta can have a totally different selection of things and clearance items! :D I was very pleased with this second trip:
So these were buy 2 get 1 free, and are from the Orly Birds of a Feather collection. From left to right: Fowl Play, Nite Owl, and Peachy Parrot:
These two I just couldn't pass up. Ulta Material Girl and Chocolate Kiss:
And then, as I was about to leave, the clearance section caught my eye. I just had to check it out, and found a few sweet deals. :) I picked up China Glaze Blue Iguana and Electric Pineapple from the Island Escape collection, and Barielle Out-Grey-Geous. I tried so hard to get a good picture to capture these colors, but I just couldn't get it. :\ The blue is actually a blue and purple duochrome shimmer, Electric Pineapple actually has a greenish tint to it, and Out-Grey-Geous had little flecks of holographic glitter. Hopefully when I wear these I can get better pics of the true colors:

So here's the whole lot together!! :D

Ahhh so pretty...But seriously, this has put me in the No-Buy phase. I told myself I need to wear every one of these colors before I do another major haul. Hopefully that will actually happen. ;) Thanks for stopping by, I should have new Nails of the Day and tutorials up sometime this week!

Toes of the Day!

So here is my very first toes of the day post haha. I've been debating whether or not I would like to post pics of my feet on here, and decided well, why not? So hopefully they don't look too bad. ;) I used this really pretty poppy color, Ulta Eye Popping Poppy. I love it sooo much! It's so gorgeous and bright. Then I just did a couple of lines and dots, and added some little rhinestones for the finished look:

Just kinda simple, and my first time using rhinestones. :) Hope you enjoyed this one, thanks for stopping by! Next up on my tutorial list is probably a Dexter inspired design...I've only seen a couple of them out there, but wanted to do my own twist on it. :)

NOTD: China Glaze Midtown Magic.

I decided to test out one of China Glaze's Metro Collection colors, Midtown Magic. It is a really pretty brown glitter, so hard to describe how it really looks or capture it in a picture...but it is really nice. :)

Then I decided to do a stamp design over it. It was gorgeous on its own, but I've gotten used to having some type of design on my nails lately haha. I used Ulta High Roller, a shimmery gold color, to stamp the design:

I really like the overall look of this one. The colors are amazing! Perfect for fall. Thanks for looking! :)

A Little Haul, Good Deals. :)

So I am always one to look for awesome deals on everything, and I came across some really good ones this weekend! :) I always tell myself that I really don't need to buy more polish, but you can never have enough, right? So Ulta has a great deal on all of their name brand products, buy 3 and get 3 free! So I did exactly that:
From left to right: Eye Popping Poppy, Dance Teal Dawn, Little Black Dress, The Jungle Look, Devious, and Moody Blues.

I also took a trip to my local mall and visited Claire's. I usually never go into this store anymore, but I saw their awesome display of polishes, and they had a buy one get one 50% off deal, so I grabbed a couple of really pretty glitter colors:
The blue is called Twinkle Twinkle and the purple one is kind of holographic and is called Evil Queen. I can't wait to try these two. :)

Then I visited my local Walgreens and they had the buy one get one 50% off deal on L'Oreal products. I had been wanting the Project Runway polishes for the past couple of weeks, but never got them...so this was the perfect opportunity to get a couple! :)
The first one is called Raven's Strength and is actually really dark, almost a metallic black. The second one is Owl's Night, and to me it looks like a gold with a greenish tint to it, and it's nice and sparkly! :)

So overall I am very pleased with my purchases, can't wait to test them all out. :) Also planning my next tutorial video, so check back for that soon! Thanks for stopping by! :)

Awesome Gradient Leopard Nail Design. :)

Hey everyone! So I decided to do a gradient leopard design tonight...kind of for Fall, so I picked some Fall-looking colors. :) I also filmed my very first tutorial on how to do this design!! Yay! :)

In the sunlight, shows the true colors much better:

My base was Zoya Jules sponged with Ulta Chic Peek, spots were Sinful Colors Innocent and Sephora Domestic Goddess...Glitter polish is Sinful Colors Smoking Hot...and I used Salley Hansen Black Out for detailing, but any black polish will work. :)

Here is the link to my tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ezm90ABLOck&feature=youtube_gdata

I actually like this mani a lot, so it will probably stay on this time for more than a day haha. ;)

Thanks for stopping by! :)

New Nails Today!

I decided to change my nails tonight, thought I'd start trying out some of my new goodies. :) I went with OPI DS Mystery and then stamped a design over that with Ulta Brownette.

You can kind of see the purple in there...I just did them tonight so I didn't get any pics in the sunlight, I will try to do that tomorrow. Overall, this design turned out pretty cool, can't wait to try out more! :)
